Schaltbares Spitzen-/Schlusslicht mit DIP-Schalter Die Baureihe 185.2 ist eine elektrische Dualsystemlokomotive, mit crash-optimierten Lokkasten, von Bombardier Transportation. Sie ist auf beiden in Europa üblichen Wechselspannungssystemen 15 kV/16 2/3 Hz und 25 kV/ 50 Hz einsetzbar. Die erste Maschine dieses Typs wurde im Januar 2005 an die Deutsche Bahn übergeben. Bis 2009 wurden 202 Lokomotiven der Baureihe 185.2 an die DB AG geliefert.
