Delivery deadlines

Except as provided in the item description of any other period, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 3 takes place - 5 days for international deliveries within 5-21 days after order confirmation (at an agreed advance payment on the day after your payment instructions).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays, no notification is made.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a common mission, unless we have taken any other agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case, according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For collection we will notify you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be calculated.

Terms of payment

For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:

- Cash on pickup
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment by cash on delivery (plus COD charge € 11.50, continue to fall to € 0.00 delivery charges, which you do not have to pay directly to us, but to the deliverer)
- Payment by PayPal (1.9% fee)
